- 摘要: 目的:用正交试验优化超临界二氧化碳萃取胡萝卜的工艺条件。方法:以萃取压力、萃取温度和萃取时间为考察因素,用萃取物总量为衡量指标综合考察胡萝卜的萃取工艺。结果:优选出较佳工艺条件为:萃取压力30MPa,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间180 min。结论:本萃取工艺方法简便,操作可行。

- 摘要: 目的:初步了解内蒙古自治区呼和浩特市及周边地区慢性心衰蒙医证型的分布特点。方法:采用临床流行病学的调查方法,共收集入组148例慢性心衰患者临床资料,按照蒙医证型诊断标准,分析归纳其特点。结果:148例慢性心衰患者蒙医证型分布:赫依、齐素交搏型70例;巴达干、赫依偏盛型45例;齐素、希拉偏盛型33例。

- 孟永梅,副教授,博士,硕士研究生导师。目前担任蒙医基础实验中心主任。在科研方面,先后参与过自治区蒙药现代化科技专项4项,教育部国际科技合作项目1项,国家科技重大专项项目1项,国家中医药管理局项目1项,院级项目2项,主要做了基础文献调研及实验室检验工作。在研项目2项,分别是国家自然基金项目“利用 miRNA 芯片技术寻找慢性心衰血瘀证素相关的血清标志物研究;博士启动基金项目“三味大黄汤对肥胖小鼠的药理实验研究”。发表论文15余篇。
